Advising employers and employees on employment law issues including compromise agreements, contracts of employment (including part-time and fixed term), redundancy, unfair dismissal, pay deductions, all areas of discrimination, employment policies, procedures, company handbooks, Tupe and trade unions
Background:
Martin has previously worked as a solicitor for the University and College Union and in private practice. He also worked for ACAS, the Advisory Conciliation and Arbitration service, where he provided employment advice to businesses.
Martin is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Industrial Law Society.
Outside Activities:
Martin has four children and is a committed runner. He believes there may be a connection.
